Since Tommaso was born, my life has changed. It substantially changed the way I deal with what happens to me and around me. I was brought to attention to healthy food, but when my little "gnome" sat at the table, I felt the need to expand my knowledge about everything I learned in these years about "good taste". So I thought I'd have to talk to chef friends and ask them what they cook for their children.
